Hope everyone is doing well. I thought since I get asked alot how Caeden is doing, what's he learning etc. that I would make a site to keep everyone updated like I did with my pregnancy. This way you guys that don't live so close won't feel like you're missing out. :o) I'll update this blog with pictures, some videos and other odds and ends. So keep checking back for more. So my sister-n-law gave Caeden Lia's old toy that she used to love as a baby that her great grandparents gave her. It's this toy you sit in their crib and they can kick it and music comes on and these little balls spin around. Anyway, I thought he probably wouldn't be able to use it until he was at least 6 months old, but I was wrong. Now when he gets real excited he kicks his legs real fast. So I thought I'd try it.. He LOVES it! Soon as I put him on it he knew exactly what to do, though he doesn't really look at it, I think he just notices as soon as he kicks the button it will play the music. So here's a video of him playing with it. It's kinda short, but you get the idea.

So this week was Milton's birthday. I wasn't able to get him much being a stay at home mom and everything, so me and Caeden made him a present. I made a little scrapbook type page with Caeden's hand & footprints on it and framed it. I also learned how to make those photo candles so I put a few pics of our family on it along with some ribbon. Its kinda hard to describe, I'll have to take pics later to show you guys. I also made him one of his favorite meals, chicken salsa tacos, yum! It wasn't much but I think he really liked it. I kinda like making gifts because it always adds that personal touch to it knowing you put work and time into it. Last weekend we went out with his family to Pf Changs for his birthday. It was Yummy! I have to say Caeden did exceptionally well for our little outting! He even let me go try on bridesmaid dresses for Milton's cousins wedding. We got them picked out they are so pretty!! Their like a gold/champagne color with a black satin bow around the waist, though we're putting a red ribbon with it so it matches her colors better. It's going to look really pretty I think. Well I've done enough talking and need to go clean, but until next time here are a few pictures from Milton's birthday.
