For those of you that know us, you know we have co-slept pretty much since Caeden was born. We didn't plan on it, but since I was nursing every 2 or so hours, it just seemed easier. Well I had planned on getting him in his own bed once I weaned him, but then life got busy. I found out I was pregnant again and we moved. Now that we are FINALLY adjusted in our new home, I told Caeden's pediatrician we were ready to have our bed back. Especially considering we only have about 2 more months until Savannah's arrival. She suggested we move his toddler bed into our room for a week or so, then have him sleep in his own room.
We were so surprised how well he has adjusted. Kids are so smart. The whole day we hyped him up and told him what a big boy he was so he would get to sleep in his big boy bed. When it got to be bedtime, he didn't fuss at all, he grabbed his monkey he sleeps with everynight, got in his bed and we tucked him in. He went right to sleep.
We haven't moved his bed out of our room yet, so we'll see how that goes, but I am just so proud of him yet it's sad too cause he is growing up way too fast.
Here he is, all ready to go "Night-Night".

Savannah's Nursery
So we are pretty much done with Savannah's Nursery. FINALLY! I thought we would never get it done. I just lack a few wall hangings and it will be finished. Milton did pretty much all of it, with his dad's help. It turned out exactly how I imagined it would be. I didn't want anything too baby-ish for the fact that I would have to change it later. It a room for how every girl should be, very feminine, yet classy.
I knew if I ever had a girl her furniture would be all white. It matched our theme quite well I think.
